As Dublin is relatively small, most hotels in Dublin city will be within walking distance of anywhere you intend to visit. There is little difference, also, in distance between the North and South of the river, however the majority of Dublin hotels are on the South. Temple Bar, Trinity College and Grafton Street are all on the South side.
