The award winning restaurant with its old kitchen range, Sugan chairs, kitchen tables, the use of natural stone and wood combined, give Doyle's a cosy country atmosphere. Lobster, the house speciality, is chosen from a tank in the bar. The menu consists only of fresh food and is selected on a daily basis from the fish landed by the Dingle boats. There is however concessions to non-seafood eaters, Chicken, Steaks, Duck, Kerry Blasket Lamb, Guinness Stew as well as vegetable paella all give way to suit every taste.
