Galway is a unique part of Ireland, and one that few visitors forget. To the west of Lough Corrib lies this area of Galway, Connemara. Its mountain range, the Twelve Bens, has been the inspiration for many famous paintings. The area also has large number of Irish speakers and much of the history and culture has been preserved through time. We highly reccommend this area to any visitors.
