 Accommodation
The
House, built originally as a Sporting
Lodge in the early 1800s, derives
its name from the Earl of Zetland,
a frequent visitor in the last century.
Today, the Prendergast family has
recreated the charm and elegance
of those days combined with all
the sophisticated luxury expected
by discerning guests.
But the natural beauty of Connemara is never far away. From the main
reception rooms and bedrooms, you
look over gardens rich in flowers,
shrubs and trees, sweeping down
to Cashel Bay and the
Facilities
Connemara Pony day at Errislannan
Manor. You will be provided with
a packed lunch for today's outing
which will run from 9am to 4pm.
Beginning with an introduction to
Connemara Ponies, grooming and talk
on this unique & famous breed. Followed
by a 2 hour trek following a route
that will promise spectacular views
of Clifden Bay, Sky Road and the
surrounding local islands.
Be prepared for a dip in the Atlantic for you and your new found friend!!
An option of Dressage or a cross
country jumping will be available
in the afternoon.
