Walton's Hotel, Dublin
Walton's Hotel was
the original home of the famous Walton's Music store,
synonymous with traditional Irish music and the vibrant music culture in Dublin.
The hotel
is located in Dublin City on Parnell Square. Its
fantastic views overlooks the historical nine century Findlaters Church. The building is old Georgian style dating back to the 1800's. It was
refurbished in 1999 to suit the needs of today's tourists.
Location:
The hotel is located off Parnell Square at the end of O'Connell Street. The Gate
Theatre, The Writers Museum, the James Joyce Centre and the Hugh Lane Gallery
are all just minutes away, while a ten minute walk will bring you to Temple Bar,
Trinity College, Christchurch Cathedral, Dublin Castle or Grafton Street. Nearby
Henry Street is the favourite shopping street of Dublin locals for good bargains
and great value.
